Our Story
AMS has operated in Uruguay since 1948. Over nearly eight decades, we have grown in step with the country's foreign trade, expanding our capabilities and forging international alliances.
T.J. Schandy establishes the shipping agency that would become AMS. Under the Schandy family's leadership, the company grows and consolidates its presence in Uruguay's port sector.
